I think my sleepless nights may be due to impending examinations , and a gruelling interview testing my environmental knowledge in the very near future. I'm kinda concerned about it as work has been so busy I have had no time to study for my diploma paper on the 8th of March. I have marked a few days study leave in my calendar for next week, but it's just not going to cut it. Trouble is, if I postpone?... time for the next four months is limited enough already for the September sitting.
Household duties have kinda gone the by and by.. By the grace of God, I thank Him for my husband.. My rock and soulmate. He is always there supporting and encouraging me.
Mum, continues to be a constant source of concern too..I hadn't seen her for two weeks due to work commitments and I was totally horrified at how she had deteriorated since I last was in her company.
Hubby says, we will soon be able to go away for a few days back down to Dublin again once exams are out of the way on the 8th of March...so a birthday surprise might be in the air. :)

Want to sleep, can't sleep, won't sleep.. Jebus! and I am gym at 7am before work. I'm just wondering how I am going to manage that when my body is so tired. I need hit over the head with a hammer..that might work. Sighs.

I'm not expecting to be putting much time here except for some minutes in days to come, well at least for a while... Time to test my learning again so I have written examinations in early March. That's life as I know it.. Always have to be doing something constructive with my time..but I detest examinations. The table below shows what time I spend on here, prior to cutting Down.

The British government is so screwed up at times that it frustrates the hell out of people. The latest law on a £75,000 cap for nursing care for people who do own their property or have lifetime savings is ridiculous when people who have made no contribution in taxes and take from the government through the payment of benefits gets it free! Where is the fairness of this? Why are people who worked hard all of their life and who made valuable contribution being penalised at the end of their life for the efforts they made? David Cameron you need a good kick up the posterior!

I have had an incredible stroke of good luck, during my audits I have met someone who is friendly with Peter Dinklage, and when he is over here filming for Series 4 Game of Thrones in April .. He is going to introduce me to him, and take me down the set! Yay! I am incredibly excited already .. Even at the thought of it!

Tomorrow is Valentines day and as funnily as it sounds we still celebrate it, having loads of smiles and candlelit dinner after twenty years of marriage. I just could never imagine life without him :)

I had a bad dream last night, so bad it woke me up with a major headache ( by mistake I slept with my mobile under my pillow causing that).. Anyway in my dream there was an airline disaster involving a heavy jet that looked like an Airbus in British Airways colours of red, white and blue.
The plane was on descent, and we were on the promenade admiring it swiftly gliding towards a nearby airport. Suddenly I heard this crack which seemed to fill the entire sky, and I watched as the plane deviated from it's flight path and wobbled silly towards the ocean. It didn't make it's ditch point but instead belly flopped on a populated area, and a few minutes later a black plume of smoke solemnly rose fading out the baby blue sky.
At this point I woke up, and turned on the telly to Sky News, as my dream seemed so eerily real. Thank God it was not. Pray to God it will never happen either!

Have any of you ever tried the medical micro needle treatment? Well, I did yesterday! What a shenanigan that was, and I still have bloody face wrinkles after that pain >> Uuh.
This was a daft experiment by me but it got me wondering about that particular market and the extortionist profit it produces. A derma roller purchased online costs approximately £10. Training, one day in London. Treatment time in the salon, 45 minutes. Profit for the beauty salon approximately £145.00 if each session is £200 ( and before you think I paid that.. the answer is a definate NO I negotiated and got it for a little bit less than half price)
This facial treatment costs even more in London (I checked online)... what a rip-off, but also what a dork I am not thinking of this line of business before!!

It's one of those 'can't sleep nights'. Sighs.. Well, I am making good use of it and got my laundry folded, and I put Sunday lunch on in the oven to slow roast a leg of lamb.
Wishing that I could take a knock out pill, and roll back into dream time again.

I'm envious that you've got so many things going on to work towards. I've just got work, and home, which is plenty, but sometimes I want something to work towards you know? Anyway, good look with all that you've got going on for you. :)

Don't u hate when you're exhausted and ready for sleep but it doesn't come because your mind is like "don't forget to get this before work, don't forget to tell so and so about the meeting etc,etc," and it just won't quit? LOL...yay for a vaca!!!...here's to the best time ever:) hubby and I are taking one too in March:)
